Excellent product and customer service
I absolutely love these headphones and use the MP3 underwater almost everyday.i transfer songs from my old iTunes (and sometimes buy more from the iTunes store) and just move it into the folder. I'm a little technically challenged and I still could do it. I swim with them in the ocean and the pool and the battery life is excellent. The sound is great underwater with or without the ear plugs. If I'm out of the water on the phone as a Bluetooth, it's better with the ear plugs in (from my experience).I can also use them in the bath and talk on the phone as long as my head is not under I can talk on the phone in the water or listen to anything from the phone. It's very easy to switch from Bluetooth to MP3 and it has a shuffle option. The microphone stopped working after 6 months and I contacted customer service. Because it was still under warranty, they promptly sent me a new one. Great customer service and amazing product. I tell everyone about these and very highly recommend them.Update.. I lost them in the ocean in a big wave and bought another pair right away. Also three people in my building have them now!

Easy to use and great for swimming!!!
I purchased these W22 headphones so that I would have something to listen to when I am swimming. I have to say I was very nervous making this purchase as I have never owned a pair of bone conduction headphones before and I was worried how well they would work in the water. I am happy to report however that these W22 headphones work fine for swimming! If you are worried about these headphones coming off while you are swimming, you don't have to worry. They don't come off easy and they do a remarkable job of staying on even when you are swimming freestyle. And if you stretch your swimming cap over them, you can even do somersault turns with them and they will stay on!!In regards to the music quality, unfortunately it can be hard to hear the music when you are swimming with them on. That's why it is recommended to wear the included ear plugs. That will make the music clearer for you, though you may still have to turn the volume up. In my case, putting on ear plugs was enough for me to enjoy any songs I am listening to. However, if I am listening to an audio book, I would have to turn the volume up to max even with the ear plugs on so that I can make out the words I am listening to. But I don't think that is the fault of this pair of headphones. No bone conduction headphones will be as clear as regular earphones, that is just a con of using bone conduction. It is easy to put songs and audio books onto the headphones. You just connect the headphones to your computer then you drag and drop any mp3 files you have. You can even put them into folders and the headphones will still play them in sequence. That is how I put my audio books onto them, with each book in its own folder with each chapter mp3 numbered so that they will be played in the correct sequence.I think these W22 do a fine job as swimming headphones and the low price makes this very attractive, especially if you purchase them during a sale.

Perfect Pool Companion—Great Sound, Easy Controls, Reliable Battery
I swim twice a week and had been modifying iPod Shuffles for pool use—but they’d only last a year or two. Not the best long-term solution. When I saw these at a good price on Amazon, I decided to give them a shot.✅ Pros:Took a few swims to dial in the fit, but now it's about 95% perfect—comfortable enough that I toss them on without a second thought.Surprisingly solid sound quality, even underwater.Incredible battery life—I use them 1 to 1.5 hours per week and didn’t have to charge them for 4 months. I only charged out of disbelief!Easy music loading and intuitive controls (volume, shuffle, MP3 mode)⚠️ Cons:Fit could be slightly better for my head shape; I wish the speakers pressed more for stronger bone conduction. Without pressure, volume and clarity are around 8.5/10—could be 11/10 with better contactShaping is tough—the metal has limited flexibility, making fine adjustments tricky. I did manage to get the fit to about 9.5/10Minor gripe: volume resets to a higher default when turned on, so I have to adjust each time. This is a testament to the sound as you don't need a lot to hear them even under water.Shuffle mode isn’t perfect—like most devices, it tends to repeat songs. Not unique to this model, but worth noting🌊 Overall: 4.5/5I recommend these to anyone at the pool looking for a waterproof audio solution. They sound great, last long, and are easy to use.

Fantastic for swimming
These bone conduction headphones are the real thing for swimming. Great sound in the water (especially when using the provided ear plugs), comfortable fit, controls are easy to use, plenty of storage for music, ample battery longevity. Easy to drag & load songs or albums (although I haven’t figured out how to load play lists).I’ve used a Sony sports wearable in ear mp3 player for 3-4 years that only has 4GB MP3 storage and have broken twice. This Tayago product is much better for less than 1/2 the price.

Can not download music from a streaming service
There is no way to download a playlist from streaming services. That is the only way we get our music. When I contacted the seller, they said they don't have support for downloading music and suggested that I purchase one of their expensive add-on items. The website description is inaccurate.

The back is stiff and if you lay your head against something it knocks the ear peace forward
They work great. I was unhappy that the back doesn't fit up against your head so when watching TV your unable to set with your head on the back of the couch because it pushes them off.
