Yes, it can be used on natural nails.

Before using the base coat a second time, sweep up the excess powder, and if the brush becomes hard and dirty, you can put it in the brush saver and soak it overnight.

Can i use this as regular acrylic?

Yes, It's easier to use and faster to dry than regular dip powder.

How do you get this off?? 15 min in nail polish remover and nothing

File off the top coat. Then put hot water in a bowl, 100% acetone in a ziplock bag with a paper towel, and place your hands in the bag and the bag in the bowl of hot water. Rub your nails on the paper towel. The dip should come off in about 10-20 minutes depending on how thick it is.
