I'm not a big "give it a perfect score" review person. I think there should always be room for improvement. However, this pillow is night and day better than of the shelf products available in any store due to their price. Maybe there's a equally good product out there, but I'm not looking to pay $100 plus dollars to find out! This feels like it's too soft or that there's too much give, like a worn bean bag. When you put your head/neck on it it kinda settles into place and just supports your head. It's awesome. I feel like this place takes pride in their products and they give you information along with your purchase to support that. I'm proud that I bought this product

I really like this pillow, but gave it four stars because when I went to adjust it by removing some of the filling, it looked as if there had been a snow storm in my bedroom. The foam is very fine and light and extremely hard to contain. It ended up clogging the zipper, getting all over the pillow covering( and my bedroom) and was not easy to remove even with a vacuum, but I liked the option of being able to adjust it, otherwise it was way to full for me to use comfortably.

1. Carefully open the plastic bag containing the pillow by cutting along the top width. You will be using the plastic bag if you need to adjust the filling so don't rip it open.2. Take the pillow out of the plastic bag and open the pillow zipper all the way.3. Insert the pillow, zipper end first, about 1/3 of the way into the plastic bag.4. Insert your hand inside the pillow and scoop out the fill you don't want into the plastic bag.5. Remove the pillow from the plastic bag and zip it back up.If you are careful, there should only be a small out of pill that leaked out during the operation.Use tape to clean up any residue.6. Store the removed fill in the plastic bag in case you need to add some back.

Love our solid latex pillows, but they’re too thick for me. Thought these would a combination of what I like about latex and what I like about down... but they’re just heavy and floppy. Not really what I like about either. I don’t think it’s unique to this pillow - it would be all shredded latex. Overall, this pillow seems like good quality and a good shredded latex pillow if that’s what you like. But solid is the way to go.

Definitely on the heavy and floppy side but I like that. Your head sinks in just so slightly but not too much when you lay it down. You can dig in and create a "nest" for your head too if you want to go deeper...or fluff it to get that nice head boost too if you need. This is the benefit of these types is that you can make it into whatever kind of pillow you want! I wrapped this is a pillow protector and then use silk sheets to protect skin and face...this will help keep this natural pillow clean and usable longer! I recommend buying...perhaps a tad pricey but you are paying for a pillow that should last a while and sleep is one of the most important things to invest in!

I have bought way too many pillows on Amazon lately, but found this is one of the better ones. I like that you can modify the pillow (take away/add) to accommodate your needs. The only issue is that it doesn't have the weight of memory foam pillows (thus, real support that holds as needed) or the plush support of a well made feather pillow. I may have to give in a get a pricey Essentia latex pillow (not on Amazon).

Best pillow I have ever owned and based on the natural latex quality should be the last one I need to buy. It has been a year now since I bought this pillow and it sleeps the same as the first day I bought it. Did my home work because I was tired of not finding the right pillow or it not lasting but a short time before the comfort changed. Next step is to buy a nature latex mattress that uses the Dunlop manufacture process. Look it up. Memory foam is great but after a year or two it is not the same. That goes for pillows and mattresses. FYI natural latex comes from a tree. My sleep has been greatly improved. Good news on the pillow is you can take out some of the latex pieces if it is too high or too much support.

I have tried 6 pillow of various styles, materials, and brands, and I like this one the best for comfort, to say nothing of the nontoxic aspect which is what made me purchase it to begin with. Even my cat loves this pillow better than any other pillow in our home. She really sprawls out on it and looks incredibly relaxed. (I need to change the pillowcase every night because of cat hair on it!) I plan to buy another one.
