Printer installed and works great. If you have a problem connecting to wifi install and connect to the printer with a USB cable then setup wifi after its installed.

Since the purchase was less than $60.00 I selected NOT to return this item simply because I have other things to do.It is my fault for ordering a second hand (renewed) printer.Issue: Prints one page, then the printer locks with paper jam warning. There in no paper jam.Solution: Reboot the printer (unplug) and print another page…I will dump this at the local office store (recycling) and purchase a new one, another brand, within a couple of days. I should have done that in the first place.

HP gets a lot of hate these days, much of it well deserved. But this printer is an exception. It doesn't require an HP+ account (I learned about that the hard way). It sits in the corner and does it's job. I've yet to see if it refuses a refilled toner cartridge. I will update my review when that day comes. So far so good!

Item is like new! Can’t beat the price. The setup was user friendly and mindlessly easy. The printer connected easily to the WiFi and it synced with all my devices. Print with ease by desktop and mobile. THANK YOU!

Purchased this refurbished printer for mixed media projects. But upon opening the box, it did not contain a power cord or instructions for set up. I don’t know if it even works
