e.l.f.Eyeliner Pen with FeltTip Applicator, Black, 0.05 Fl Oz

I absolutely love this eyeliner. I’ve bought many higher priced eyeliners and this one outperforms them all. It’s great quality, produces a fine line, stays put, and the pigment is great. I will definitely buy again.

I really liked the felt tip but it felt as though the pen or ink ran out fast.

It will work, and the price is right, but the tip is harder than a felt tipped sharpie and does not allow for an easy smooth application. I love all of the other ELF products and endorse them 100%. But I would appreciate it if them could change the tip on this eyeliner so I could better use it. As it stands, it feels like a lead pencil on my lids and does not "melt" in to your eyelids the way it should, so it come out very ragged. I would pass on this one.

Perfect easy use

The "felt tip" applicator is nothing but a brush, not what I think of when I think of a felt tip. The brush is limp with no "body" and it makes application difficult. Went straight into the trash..

Goes on very dark, only needs one coat, bouncy tip makes it easy to change width with pressure. Lasted all day and cleaned with two swipes of a makeup remover wipe.
