I’ve been using it daily for a couple of weeks to strengthen my lungs. It’s lightweight and compact, fitting easily in my hand. The visual feedback was motivating, and holding my breath for 3-5 seconds after each inhale, as instructed, really engaged my lungs. this incentive spirometer is an effective, user-friendly tool for lung recovery or maintenance. I had fewer expectations from this but have a good impression of this product. This was excellent to use after surgery. It reminded me to breathe deeply to avoid complications. A great price for a great little device!

I bought this for my mom who was in need of one. It helps exwrcise and keep your lungs strong. Basically, you breathe slowly and deeply and while doing so make sure you keep the ball in the center. That is how you know you are breathing steady and doing it correctly. As it is a medical device, it's on the higher end for plastic, but it truly is one that is recommended and helpful. It's easy to clean as well.
