Why the hell are the prescribing the HIGHEST dose possible as the normal daily?!?I’m numb. I can’t move. I’m tired. I can’t focus on Jack. I have cotton mouth. I might be “calm” but now I can’t function at all.After doing research AFTER taking their recommended dose, I found that the NORMAL daily amount you should take is 200-600mg.NOT 1,500mg.I’m a complete mess. My day is ruined. I’m terrified that it won’t fade. It says the effects will ware off in 4-6 hours. I don’t have 4-6 hours. And I don’t want to be like this for 4-6 hours.What is worse is that it stays in our bodies for 2-3 DAYS. DAYS!It’s effective all right. Took 30 minutes and I was out.This is not a safe dosage. Do not take the recommended dosage. Find another brand that makes smaller doses. Do not be like me. Do your research on the proper dosage first.AND TO THE COMPANY: DO NOT MAKE THE DAILY DOSE THE HIGHEST DOSE POSSIBLE. MAKE SMALLER DOSES.

This product is a great buy, since you get two bottles, But the taste of the gummies doesn't sit well with me. They taste like chemicals, with a hint of ammonia, rather than a natural product. Rhodiola Rosea is a fantastic way to increase your energy levels, mood and mental performance. Unfortunately, this product did not seem to work for me. Perhaps it has been sitting in a warehouse for a while. But the expiration date on the bottle indicates that it's not expired, so maybe I got a bad batch?

They taste great and are a great price for the amount they contain

I've never taken rhodiola before. I've known for a while that it's good for lowering cortisol, but I never included it in my own cortisol control mix. Right now, I have no idea how well it'll function, but I'm going to review it based on what I do know. First, I didn't expect it to have a mint-like effect in my mouth. I'm allergic to mint, so I really hope it doesn't trigger that allergy. I don't know if that's the rhodiola or something else in the gummy, but there's nothing else I can see in the ingredients that should cause such an effect, so I'm going to guess it's the rhodiola. These gummies taste pretty great. The berry flavoring is quite good. The only real problem will be making sure I don't eat too many. Based on the studies I read, only about 600mg of rhodiola will have a great positive effect, so the two-gummy dose of 1500mg is overkill. Just one should do it, but I can't imagine that two will be an issue at all. If I don't feel a reduction of stress over the next week, I'll update the review. Right now, I know that rhodiola has good effects and these gummies deliver rhodiola in a high amount. It should be good, and it's easy to recommend.

After a few weeks, I decided to give it a try and it tastes delicious. My hold up was because I was already on some similar products for proclaimed health benefits. So, far I've been satisfied with this product brand's other gummy form. The print font size should be larger and from what I've seen so far, I think they could fit all of their print information in at a little larger size.I hope I experience the benefits they claim, especially for cognition and overall pleasant mood on some days when my job can be an energy drainer; some folks can just put of bad vibes, so to speak. I'm a person that deals with multi-tasking in my profession, and people with health problems. I hope to update soon; so far, no adverse side-effects. I especially have been happy with this Mayfair brand, and if they haven't already, should consider reaching out into the market place beyond here, such as a physical store front and wholesale or flea market vendors. I'm satisfied with the results of their Beta Sitosterol, too for what it does for us males/men.I would give it 5 stars, but since it is not officially proclaimed 100% organic by certification, I can only give it 4, although some products have been truly organic, but can't legally note it as such to the public because of governing laws to my understanding, although is Not what I'm saying that this is what this product is.

I will start this review by saying I am not a kid but I love gummies! And when the gummies are sugar free and a healthy supplement, things get even better!These gummies taste really good and I also loved how their shaped. I tried this as I was looking into positive ways to manage stress, and Rhodiola Rosea is known for that. And although it's still early to comment on its real benefits, I haven't experienced any side effects or anything negative, so I will continue taking it regularly and keeping track of my behavior.
