Helps to control my tennis elbow
I should really say it helps to control my racquetball elbow, since I play racquetball exclusively. I had not played for a number of years, and I dealt with tennis elbow all the while I was playing, and now that I have started back playing sure enough, it's back. I've now been using this brace, which fits comfortable on my forearm (which is a little bit on the bigger side too), for the better part of a month now, and so far it really has seemed to help keep my pain and discomfort at bay.My prior braces have had insertable air cushions, and I hated that, because I lost at least two of them over time. This brace has built-in pad/cushion which I really appreciate.I sweat a good deal while playing and this brace has held up well, not getting too "funky" smelling and losing it's softness. The velco strap also seems to hold quite well, without being uncomfortable. Overall quite pleases with this brace!

Real Relief.
As is the case with most that suffer from Tennis Elbow, I don’t play tennis. Also know as lateral epicondylitis, tennis elbow is a condition caused by over use of the muscles and tendons in the elbow, from repeated motions of the arm and wrist. So, in my case, my "tennis elbow" is from doing strengthening exercises at the gym and from playing league softball; throwing the ball and exercises such as arm curls are obvious culprits.Tennis elbow is a pain at the outside of the arm right at the joint of the elbow with inflammation above and below it. Before using a tennis elbow brace it is important that you’ve identified your condition correctly as tennis elbow; there are conditions that can be exacerbated by wearing a brace.Positioning the brace correctly is also important. Positioned correctly, much of the force of the suspect movement is transferred up through the brace, rather than to the elbow’s tendon, consequently relieving pain and facilitating healing. So far, I’ve used the Seektop Tennis Elbow Brace three times in the gym and once during the course of a seven-inning softball game and it has performed to the best of my expectations. It unequivocally relieves much of the pain during the course of the responsible movements and, as such, along with stretching exercises, helps with reducing inflammation by also relieving the stress on the sore tendon. The brace incorporates a small inner pad that can be applied directly to the point of stress, further reducing pressure on the effected tendon without discomfort. In fact, I’ve found the brace comfortable to wear for the full amount of time I’ve worn it.The strap, which is fabricated from a stretchy material, is easily adjustable using one hand, and when positioned, is secured with Velcro. As the seller asserts, the stitching and construction looks substantial enough, although durability is always an unknown variable this early in ownership. If durability becomes an issue, I will update this review. The Seektop Elbow Brace has brought real relief from pain, seems thus far to have helped to ameliorate my "tennis elbow" condition, appears to be in alignment with the seller’s stated assertions, and is therefore likely to meet the purchaser’s expectations. In my case, it really works.

Arm strap stretches and provides good pressure support
This arm strap: solid pillow pressure segment. Strap uses hook-and-loop closure and does stretch.Previous arm straps: air-pillow insert to cushion tendons. The air pillow eventually falls out, and eventually I cannot find it. Occasionally I have to loosen the strap because it does not stretch. One picture for this item says ‘3D air cushion design.’ It does not have an air cushion. The text mentions ‘supportive EVA pad.’ The pad is about ¼” thick. It compresses under pressure, but not much. The pad is small (approx. 1.5 x 2”). This should be sufficient because the strap should not move.Stitching seems solid.I ordered the Large size. It is fine, but Medium might have been better for my average muscles.I have not yet tried it during heavy lifting. During brief light lifting, I find I prefer this one because it stretches, and because there is no air pillow to lose. This is a good addition to my preventive care supplies. My scale: 5 star = excellent (or has a special feature), 4 star = good/ very good (does what it should), 3 star = average (has a minor flaw) , 2 star = below average (multiple flaws or does not perform its function well), 1 star = avoid (does not fulfill its mission). I rarely use the term ‘perfect.’

Seems to help a bit
The product was delivered quickly and it was used right away. Boyfriend has a very physical job where he must work with machinery and tools all day and sometimes complains of elbow and forearm pain due to the physical nature of his work. He has had these types of braces in the past and thinks this one is of moderate quality. The item appears to be stitched fairly well, but there is a bit lacking in the compression area. Sometimes these have some thicker foam to allow for pressure just below the elbow but that is somewhat lacking in this version. If he wears this consistently, however, I am hoping it will give him some relief from irritation in his elbow. He said "seems to be ok" but the verdict is still out on this as to whether it's going to be sufficient for him.
