I like how this cord unit is a great space saver (nothing bulky that needs to be mounted to the wall). I love that there are various degrees of cord resistance and length. I definitely recommend this for those who've been instructed on cord exercises as a home program. I have this unit in my physical therapy clinic and it works great!

The tube broke on the second workout
Terrible design. The plastic attachment broke during 2nd workout. I tried re-attaching the tube. It worked a few more times but then broke again. I do not recommend this product
