The cream is nice and natural, but it took a while to work on my daughters dry skin.

I can’t say I saw a dramatic improvement in my 3 year olds eczema but the product absorbed quickly and has a lovely smell. Good if skin is dry and itchy but I wouldn’t say this is a miracle cream.
