Tozo PA2 review This is the second speaker I’ve bought from the growing array of audio equipment from Tozo, and it’s definitely a step up from their cheaper model the PA1, and justifies the higher price point. Out the box it has a much sleeker form factor than the PA1. It’s more rounded and fits nicer in the hand, and feels less bulky. It covered in a mesh type fabric but is tightly formed around the curves so feels nice and solid. Either end there is a 1” bass woofer protected by a rubber stand. The buttons on the back are all rubberised (I guess to make it compliant with submersion in water). It does feel a bit strange in how to place it in a table as it sits well upright with the rubber feet, but on its side it does tend to rock a little. I’m not sure this affects the sound though. Setup is so easy out the box, it pairs within seconds once setup and connects every time without fail. This is very different to the Sonos move I got over Christmas. Just hold the pair button to search, pair from your phone and you’re done. As per usual there are the usual play pause, power and volume buttons that double as skip and rewind. (And if you’re using it for a phone call have other options to answer and drop etc). It’s also got an EQ button for switching between bass boost, treble boost and normal. There are more EQ options via the free app which give you even more customisation of the sound suitable for the environment you’re in. It’s powered by the included USB-C which is the norm for anything these days. Power life seems pretty good so far although haven’t fully tested the run time to see if similar to the claimed 25 hours playback. But with this it should be more than enough for a camping weekend away. Sound wise it definitely steps up from the cheaper PA1. It doesn’t have any distortion through the range of except it looses a bit of punch at top volumes with more bass. Otherwise the mids and trebles perform very well for a portable speaker. As with any non-stereo speaker direction can have a big influence on sound and no surprises with this one that when a bass port is facing you you definitely get more warmth from the sound compared to face on, but perhaps this is why it’s better having it stood up. You can also pair two of these to make a stereo pair, but I haven’t tried this, and it didn’t work to add my older PA1 speaker. Overall a very competent little speaker with improved sound quality and battery life in a solid form. Perfect for days out/ travelling /camping and the beech. Roll on summer!

Great little speak that packs a punch. Excellent build quality. Great sound for a variety of use cases, adjustable through the Tozo app if you want serious bass or crisp clean speech. Very portable with a decent battery life. Also supports voice call with a reasonable microphone pick up. Another brilliant product from Tozo! Premium products at entry level price points, with exception performance and build quality.

Sound quality is amazing, bass is amazing. Just an amazing speaker. Trust me it’s worth the price. Better then JbL in my opinion

This portable speaker is surprisingly powerful, packing a deep punch for its size. The waterproof feature is handy so you don't have to worry about taking it out with you to the park etc. The battery life is long and the Bluetooth connection is very stable. It's a great speaker and easy to set up and play!

GREAT speaker! I'm always in the garden or in the home doing odd jobs and I always find myself picking up this speaker instead of my other ones. It's definitely my go to speaker. Really good build quality and the sound is great even at high levels. Battery life is great too. It lasts me a few days of heavy use. Well worth the money and I would recommend it.

This is an extremely stylish and portable speaker with built-in mic. Sound quality is pretty amazing too, it's a build upon the previous PA1. Both can also be linked together with its simple link feature and have both speakers working together. It can also be controlled through the Tozo app. The app allows firmware updates and also set the equlizer settings for different sound modes. Simple to pair to a mobile and sound is loud and amazing. Be careful with the ends of the unit as that's where the speaker cones are located. Overall a great buy at the price.

I had already bought this speaker before and added this one to play both! It is easy to set up and has great sound as I like Soul and neo-soul music. The app is good with a lot of EQ to choose from. I bought both when they were reduced in price so good value

Ya tengo otro altavoz Tozo el PA1 del que estoy encantado. Así que cuando necesitamos otro en casa la elección fue sencilla. En nuestro caso elegimos el color rojo y la verdad es que la elección ha sido un éxito, es distinto y muy bonito. Cómo siempre la presentación del producto y los materiales son premium. nada más tener el aparato en la mano te das cuenta de que la cosa va en serio....todo en su sitio y plásticos y acabados de primera. Y cuando lo usas....¡¡¡¡WoW¡¡¡ Sonido super potente (super de verdad) y limpio y claro, con graves potentes e impropios de un dispositivo portátil. Aguanta volúmenes muy fuertes sin nada de distorsión, sin pérdida. Una pasado. La conexión bluethoot muy sencilla y la interfaz de Tozo para android, sin ser espectacular, cumple más que de sobras. Vamos, que por un precio bastante ajustado tienes un altavoz portátil chulo y que se oye de miedo. Nada que envidiar a ninguna otra marca con más renombre y que multiplica sus precios en comparación con este de Tozo. Cómo único pero hay que nombrar la duración de la batería. Y eso solo cuando le metes mucha caña al volumen, ahí si que sufre un poco la duración de la carga. Con sonidos moderados la duración de la batería es suficiente. Vamos, que lo recomiendo vivamente. Un producto estupendo ¡¡¡¡¡

Me sorprendio esta bocina. El sonido es de buena calidad, tiene buenos bajos. Hay una serie de preajustes que se puede establecer con una app desde el celular. Se ve que es de muy buena calidad.

Tenho dois auriculares OWS da TOZO, esta é a minha primeira coluna de som da marca, e confesso que fiquei absolutamente impressionado! Já era fã dos auriculares, mas agora estou ansioso por ver o que a TOZO consegue fazer com colunas com um bocadinho mais de potência (esta tem apenas 16W, gostaria muito de ouvir uma coluna da TOZO de 30W ou 40W). Ando à procura de substituta para a minha velhinha Soundcore Flare 2 (que já distorce demasiado os graves, após estes anos todos de uso), que é uma coluna de 20W. Este modelo tá TOZO, tem apenas 16W de potência, mas consegue chegar muito perto da qualidade de som da minha Flare 2! Os graves não são tão possantes (naturalmente, a potência não é a mesma), mas a claridade, definição e brilho dos médios e agudos é fora de série! Soa a uma coluna bem acima do seu tamanho e gama de preços. A equalização (ou ausência dela) de origem (completamente "flat") não impressiona e fez-me logo pensar que seria mais uma coluna estilo Tronsmart, que promete muito e não entrega nada (sim, experimentei várias colunas dessa marca e não gostei de uma sequer). Mas, depois, indo à app e experimentando as dezenas de equalizadores feitos por outros utilizadores, especificamente para esta coluna, ou testando a minha própria equalização, a coluna como que acordou e mostrou o seu verdadeiro poder! A qualidade de som é impressionante para o pequeno tamanho e potência (apenas 16W) que tem! Além do mais, o som é expansivo, não parece contido numa caixa pequena, parece que vem de algo maior. Há uma dispersão sonora muito agradável, não precisam, de todo, de estar mesmo em frente à coluna para apreciar a sua soberba qualidade de som; andei à volta dela e, apesar de não ser anunciada como coluna de som de 360 graus, nunca perdeu qualidade de som, seja de que ângulo for. Impressionante, mesmo. Se há um ponto a ter cuidado com esta coluna da TOZO, são os agudos. Bem sei que acabei de os elogiar, mas, se não forem devidamente equalizados, a coluna facilmente soa estridente. Ao contrário do que costumo fazer com o equalizador de outras colunas, tive de baixar as frequências mais elevadas para "amansar" aqueles agudos musculados. O volume máximo é bastante satisfatório, embora haja nítida compressão sonora e os graves sofrem um bocado com isso (mas continuam a fazer-se notar). O som enche facilmente uma sala (ou um pequeno apartamento!). A qualidade de construção é excelente e, mais uma vez, parece uma coluna bem acima do seu preço. Os botões são agradáveis e fáceis de pressionar (embora requeiram um pouco mais de força para serem pressionados do que eu gostaria). Os radiadores passivos expostos são sempre um "pau de dois bicos": muito divertidos de de ver, dão muito estilo a qualquer coluna de som, mas a nossa consciência pode ficar pesada se simplesmente atirarmos a coluna para dentro de uma mochila. Neste momento (03/03/3035) está à venda, em promoção, por cerca de 30€. Por este preço eu compraria uma dúzia e ofereceria a familiares amigos! Sim, é assim tão boa. Não encontram melhor por este preço (eu sei, eu procurei e testei bastantes colunas de som, mais baratas e mais caras). Compra extremamente recomendada, sem qualquer reserva! Parabéns, TOZO!
