I have never been a fan of ear buds. These had great sound quality and the price was great. The online reviews praising the quality of the sound seem to be accurate. They also have a long battery life. The charging case has a batter that recharges the ear buds even when not plugged in.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely sorry to say now of the ear buds because it is too long to inform you I admire my mistake, kindly accept my request & information about the ear buds Amazon basics yesterday I opened the pack and recharged for more than 6 hrs and started using it . The right side of the ear buds it is not working properly hence kindly replace the ear buds and give me new earbuds which working properly it is my humble request please believe me the earbuds i have not used it from which date you deliver me i am using another earbuds JBL i purchased from amazon only after two days from which date you deliver my Amazon basics earbuds this is the only reason i have not used the amazon basics earbuds otherwise i would have used it immediately after you deliver it and immediately i would have informed you about the deficit product .now also iwill not ask for a replacement because it is only 1500 RS. But why i asked it i trust amazon and have good reputation about amazon but how your company done this for that only I am asking for replacement otherwise I will not ask. I understand that within 10 to 15 days I should inform about the deficit. It is my mistake I will not do the mistake again. Thank you. please consider my issue, if you feel good

This product start malfunctioning after 1 month of use and when you claim warranty, they just deny your warranty on unjustified reasons. Actually it's from 3rd party company named Appario with which Amazon has contract. I cooperated with them for continuous 2 months and at the end they sticked to their baseless reasons and not letting me claim my warranty. I kept calling them and as well as Amazon team but both are ignorant.So never ever purchase this product

After one month, charging issue aroseBud is not charging properly in box , after connecting charger it charge properly

I bought these earbuds on 22nd feb 2024 and one side stopped working. I mean the audio is not working. Its under warranty and i need it to be replaced asap . I am having real trouble in working with them. I need someone to contact me asap so i can clear my problems with him/her and be satisfied once again.

Amazing sound quality, completely cancels out any external noise. Thick ear padding makes then very comfortable for long periods of time and the battery life is very long.

I have purchased several Amazon basics products over the years from a outdoor canopy to these headphones and been super happy of the quality & price. My small ears hurt after about 30 minutes with the iPhone earphones and other wireless earphones also hurt. I travel about every other month and had considered purchasing a noise cancellation device. THESE ARE SO PERFECT FOR BOTH! They are perfectly comfortable on my ears, cancel noise very well, and the sound quality is excellent for the money! I wasn’t expecting Bose quality for the price but the bass is good and sound is crystal clear. I’m not bothered by the controls being oddly located bc I use my phone to control the volume and music/podcast.

Muy comodos, suena muy bien, bluetooth sin problema, con cable para conectar sin bluetooth tambien. De tamaño ideal, supongo que para una cabeza muy grande quedaran un tanto apretados.
