Flavour took some getting used to on cereal but overall a good choice.

The product is being advertised as having 66% fibre. I was impressed and ordered it just to find out that it has 45% fibre, not 66%.45% is pretty good but I don't like to be lied to . Especially when shopping online.

I've tried all sorts of bran and fibre supplement and this is by far the best. If you are prone to constipation or tummy issues try this. It worked wonders from me without any gastro issues. I use it to bake and sprinkle it on pretty much everything.

This is great for anyone avoiding wheat or gluten free. Nice flavour too and plenty of fibre. I add it to porridge, cereal, smoothies, soups and in bread-making.

Didn’t like the taste

This stuff is absolutely disgusting and potentially harmful to health. Aside from the terrible taste and unusual gritty texture it actually contains large foreign particles including pieces of plastic. Amazon should not be selling this.
