I have mild arthritis in both of my hands along with 'trigger finger' in two fingers. As anyone who has 'trigger finger' will tell you, it can be very painful. My daughter suggested that I start taking Turmeric and within 30 days I began to see measurable relief and continued use has brought nearly 100% relief. There's still an occasional 'trigger finger' episode but it's rare and the amount of pain compared to the pre-turmeric use is very diminished. The arthritis discomfort has vanished. While there's many sources of turmeric available I need to highly recommend the Gaia Supreme Joint Turmeric over any other brand and formula. Gaia has been a quality product line for years that is organic and vegan. Don't try to save a couple of bucks with another brand, the difference in quality and formula isn't worth the savings.

This is easy to take. I read you should take it with some fat. So I take it with my meals. My knees have stopped popping and cracking and swelling. I can now do my walking without swelling and pain. I do tell my doctor I take it. It's listed as meds taken in my chart. It took a week to start seeing results but I have! Will keep buying it.

Have used this for 6 months… feel great! However, I believe you have to use(any supplement) for longer to really benefit. I am going to use for another 6 months. We’ll see.
