Schaum's Outline of Electric Circuits, Seventh Edition 7th Edition

This is a useful book with general coverage of all major circuit topics, and lots of practical worked problems. Great as a supplement for your coursework, or for engineers brushing up on the topic. This is a more advanced book than the Schaum's Basic Circuit Analysis, which is gentler book for people new to circuit analysis. I found the two books are great together, what one doesn't cover, the other will.The figures and equations read great on the Kindle for PC software. I love buying kindle books when I can, because I can read them anywhere without lugging a bunch of books around. Some kindle tech books don't translate well to the kindle, but this book does.

Schaum’s outlines are always where I start for technical knowledge. Great presentation! You cannot go wrong picking one up.

all circuits covered are worked out in detail, using diff. eq's and complex freq's and complex numbers. transformersare also covered. alot of theory and worked out problems.

While I have not bought this particular edition, but as an electronics engineer from UET Lahore 1980-1984 (40+ years ago) who never worked AS an engineer but been in tech all my life, I have been loving getting books to refresh my knowledge things like Calculus, etc. I was also feeling nostalgic for how someone like me (being a student political leader often missing lectures at the University of Engineering and Technology but then needing to either borrow notes from more diligent better prepared classmates literally the night before almost every exam) found Schaum's outline series of books - which were popular even then - really useful and effective. I glanced through the sample pages of this edition and it brought back great memories - and I have put it on my list to buy once I am done with the other books I already bought this month.

The material is very well presented and comprehensive... would have given 5 stars but docked one because 2 vol,s showed up in mail... maybe i check 2 by mistake cant say for sure...

NOT IMPRESSED WITH SELLER AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! Arrived fast the next day as promised but :I bout this book brand new and it came straight out of the package DAMAGED!!!!!!! The front cover is RIPPED!!!!!!!!!!If i wanted a ripped up book, I would have ordered a used version for $15 less than what I paid!!!!!!!!also, know this is not a beginner level book, the information is for engioneering level electrical circuit design and you will need to have a good grasp on advancved algebra as well as differential and integral calculus. This is not a high school, or technician level book. It is perfect for an electrical or mechatronics engineering student who has already taken and passed Ciruits level 1.
