NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE
I would not recommend this product to others. Each "eggie" comes with 4 pieces to grease, put together and then clean afterward. The eggs do not come out in the shape of a natural egg so I cannot make traditional deviled eggs with them. Eggs also take much longer (almost twice the time) to boil because the heat has to get through thick plastic to cook it instead of a thin shell. The only good thing about these, if you want to put all the assembly and clean up effort in, is that it does actually hard boil an egg (if you don't need the shape) and you can make egg salad, sliced eggs for chef salad, etc.

Love My Eggies!
I liked these so much I ordered a second set. Great way to hard boil fresh eggs that would normally stick to the shell and be impossible to peel. My only complaint is that the tops from the first set don't perfectly fit the bottoms from the second set so sometimes I struggle to get them closed properly. When that happens I just switch to a different top. A bit of a bother but worth it.

Waste of time and money
Its a waste of time. I thought it would make hard boiled eggs easier to make but it is way more complicated. I would rather just do it the old fashioned way. You have to juggle with a ton of pieces and oil each one before even putting the egg in. Then you have to pull each piece out of boiling hot water and try to open the stupid thing which is a battle in itself. Then you have to do it all over again if you want more than 6 eggs.

IF YOU HAVE FRESH FARM EGGS, THESE ARE FANTASTIC
I buy fresh farm eggs which are nearly impossible to peel after hard boiled.I have used these a couple of years now and need to replace some so I ambuying another set. I do these assembly line fashion. I make a batch once aweek and refrigerate for use every other day. My husband is diabetic so heeats one on the days he has oatmeal to add protein.I get everything out on my kitchen table. Fresh eggs, coconut oil, and radiatorfunnel. I coat only the bottom of the eggies with coconut oil. The directions tellyou to not oil any of the other pieces. I set the bottoms in an empty 1/2 eggcrate. (I remove the top) Every other spot, I put one of the bottoms. I usethe radiator funnel that has a bottom just a little smaller than opening of the bottom. The eggs slide in beautifully. I then put on the top pieces and screw on thering. In the meantime, I have a pot on the stove heating the water. I do about8 at a time for my pot size. Just before the water comes to a boil, I put in theeggies, drop the heat to a simmer and cook for about 20 minutes. Then I putthem back in the 1/2 carton (I use 2 putting 6 in each one and after letting themcool a little, I refrigerate them. Instead of coconut oil, you can use spray oranother oil. If you use coconut oil, soften it and spread. With the coconut oil, opening the eggies can be a little harder as it sets up below 70 degrees If youuse spray or another oil, instead, either way, when you want to eat an egg, just use a butter knife around the edges and the egg will slip right out. Theparts wash up very easily along with my other dishes. I wouldn't put them ina dish washer. The higher heat could distort them and then they might notfit well together. Otherwise, I am 5 star plus on these. Like I said, especiallyif you have fresh farm eggs. If you want deviled eggs that have the traditionallook, then don't use these. I don't know what I would do without them.(the reason I put 6 per carton is that once assembled, they need to go everyother slot to fit) If you have a problem assembling them, if one doesn't fitright together, try another piece. The time spent is well worth the effort ofbeing able to have hard boiled eggs from farm fresh eggs. LOVE THEM!
