Worked well in a strong wind
Easy to use. Used it for the first time when the wind was blowing hard off the sea and found it worked well in these conditions

No good for pans less than70cm
Absolutely useless for a pan smaller than 70m. The layout of the paella burner makes it impossible to hang the shields on the pan; they keep falling off.
