Q: Why does description say "metal" in material section but your product features says "perfect absorbent material and waterproof backing"? which is it?

Q: once you use adhesvie how do you get it up?

I don't take it up. But if I did the adhesive is a double sided tape which would peel up if it was necessary. I don't want mine moved. I want it right where I put my car every day. It is great because it prevents tire marks on my garage floor. My garage is also an art studio so I like to keep it clean. I painted the floor red and the floor mat is the perfect solution!

Q: I have a painted floor. What happens with the water? I'm afraid some will get under the mat & ruin the paint.

I have some water under my mat, I rolled the mat back and dryed the floor with a old towel no paint came off the floor. My paint was a epoxy paint. I have no problems from the use of my mats.
