Quick, hassle free and can add butter, garlic and to flavor to own liking. These take the chore out of the mix, because of they are ready to cook by just adding a little oil, butter and water before. It is versatile as I can either fry on stovetop or bake in the oven or add to other recipes. I love the taste!

Just wanted to say I looked all over in the stores to find this product and decided to see if Amazon had it and sure enough you did. It's nice to know I can get something from you that I can't find any place else. Thanks

I live off grid in northeastern, Minnesota. I like things that I don't have to worry about keeping them above or below freezing. Course I use them for hash browns but also in soups and you can even make mashed potatoes with them. I store them in a bucket with a gasketed screw on lid. I know you could store them for years. All I can say is I know they'll last for at least 2 months. I've never been able to keep a box around and not eat them so I don't know beyond that how long they last. If you keep them in a well-sealed container they would probably Outlast me.

I only low score the price!!!! what a rip off. Other sites have the for less. If you get them in the store somewhere less than $ 10! waaaay over priced! product is awesome tho!
