KEEN Unisex-Child Seacamp 2 CNX Closed Toe Sandals

I recently bought a new pair of these (happily found them on sale because it's now December) to replace the ones my 5 yr old wore all this past summer long. The camp my kids attended requires closed toe sandals for little kids, and recommends them for all kids. These are perfect because the are very open and airy while providing key protection for the toes. Also they do well in all kinds of situations: the sandbox, the playground, even in and out of water. Because my son was in pre-school camp last Summer (he was 4 at the time) his age group did not go into the big pool, but used kiddie pools & slip-n-slides in the grass. These shoes were perfect for that sort of activity. These sandals are not part of Keens waterproof line, but it didn't seem to matter. They are lighter weight then the H2 line (so less clunky) & quite comfortable (no complaints or blisters) and I had no issues with bad smells. The shoes held together beautifully. He could use them again for this Summer if he hadn't outgrown them.

These shoes are great in theory but they just don't work for my son. His feet are long and narrow around the heal. We have had great success with the newports, but deicided to try these as his newports always smelt. However, they are just too wide and the velcro on the strap is too short that we can't adequately tighten the shoes. I ordered a size down and now he barely fits into the shoe length-wise and still needs more velcro to provide adequate tightening to hold the shoe on. Very disappointing. I wish I lived in the USA and I could simply return both of them, but to return from Australia is not economical.

These seem to be very well made shoes. They are good quality and the sole is strong but flexible. The colour is brighter than the pictures suggest, they are very cool. The only problem with them is they seem to fit very wide. The length is fine, but they are a very wide fit, and you can't adjust the straps at all, which is a bit of a shame as they good do with some tightening. I'm giving them a few days to see how my daughter goes in them but we might have to pass them on to someone with a wider foot!

These are perfect for playing outside. I got tired of my kids sneakers getting soaked when they were playing in water or the mud. It has the protection of a sneaker but greater flexibility. I can just rinse them off and they dry without any problems. Great quality! Great price! It's also easy for them to get on and off by themselves. My daughter has an extremely narrow heel and it very difficult to find shoes for her. Because of the adjustable strap, these work perfectly. She can run and play without them falling off. The purple color is bright and vibrant!

I got these for my son. The price was right and they came in the mail very quickly. My one complaint is that these shoes are on the wide side. That would be fine for us except that the Velcro on the shoes doesn't tighten enough to secure them. I will have to wait until he is a little bit bigger until he can wear them.

We decided to try out the Seacamp CNX Sandal as it looked like a lighter/more airy sandal version than our past KEEN purchases. This style of KEEN shoe's foot bed was MUCH MORE NARROW than our past purchases of the KEEN H2 style. Buyer beware! These had to be returned and we ended up buying more KEEN H2 for my daughter who has a wide foot. We were disappointed that there wasn't more consistency amongst the KEEN products.

I bough my almost 4 year old son a pair of no name sandals from a large retail store at the beginning of the summer. By mid July I was regretting the purchase as the material was wearing and they stunk horribly. For little more than I paid for the no name brand, I purchased these Keens and now wish I had never attempted to save a little money by buying the off brand. I originally purchased a size that was too big for my little guy, so I re-ordere a smaller size. My son loves them so much (as do I) that I am keeping both pairs just in case he goes through a growth spurt by next year. I love Keens! These are his 2nd pair of this brand and I don't see myself purchasing anything else for him! They are comfortable from day one and they hold up beautifully!

We had the same exact shoe and wanted to order a size up for summer, but when they arrived they had an odd fit, they seemed wider for one, and they were way too big even though they were just 1 size larger than the pair we had which were getting snug. Had to return

Super leichter Schuh und durch die Zehenkappe auch für kleine Taps-Füße, die ab und zu noch stolpern, toll geeignet. Recht unverwüstlich und außerdem hübsch außerdem.

Fällt ca.1Nr. Kleiner aus als die Schuhe von (Elefant).Nähte sind sehr schön verarbeitet. Obermaterial sehr angenehm. Sohle super flexibel allerdings ist auch das Fußbett aus diesem "Schaumstoffgummi" (weiß nicht genau was für ein Material das ist). sehr schöne Farbe.

Tolle Schuhe für kleine Füsse.Da man auf der Suche nach Schuhen ohne Schadestoffe ja fast hoffnungslos verzweifeln kann haben wir uns für einen Schuh entschieden den man in der Maschine waschen kann.Das haben wir bereits getan und die Schuhe sehen noch genauso schön aus wie beim Kauf.Tolle Farben und eine schöne flexible Sohle so wie es für Kleinkinder sein soll.Die Schuhe fallen etwas kleiner aus.Würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

Die Keen Sandalen sind wirklich sehr schön, die Farbe ist wie abgebildet, schön leuchtend. Die Sohle ist elastisch, also super für kleine Kinderfüße. Sie fallen allerdings locker eine Nummer kleiner als, weshalb ich sie zurückschicken musste und in einer neuen Größe bestellt habe. Das alles war (wie immer bei amazon) kein Problem.
