Had to rip a hole a little bit in the middle for it to sort of work? The streamers are very long and colorful but not good for small kids parties, the color wheels have little plastic loops to keep them rolled up but now there is little loops all over my living room.

I thought this was a confetti that you pull and it pops out. you need to rip the outer layer to get to the rolls of streamers. Makes a big mess but it's fun.
