Very nice handbag, especially for the price, better quality than expected. The bag has outer pockets on each side which are identical on both sides, and are somewhat padded. Bag is nicely lined with a pleasant soft grey fabric (I bought the black leather bag). Bag has two handy zippered center compartments, which each fit an iPad. Leather is soft and supple without being limp and shapeless. Definitely recommended.
