More than decent
Came in a hard protective shell, which was good. One bad thing is that the roller makes a squeak noise when using.

Defective
The media could not be loaded. Does the job but VERY squeaky and irritating which puts me of using it.. not really fit for purpose but i need it as part of my hair routine. No option for a replacement only refund? Would appreciate someone getting in touch or i will have to just return and order elsewhere. buyerBEWARE!
