The detachable cat ears alone aren't worth it...
I have been eyeing the headphones for ages now, and finally got to buy it when it got on sale. I was really looking forward to it, especially because of the patented detachable cat ears gimmick (and the possibility to mesh and 3D print my own ears later on)!It came in an expensive-brand looking, cushioned black box. The cables and cat ears were in two smaller boxes inside the big one, and the headphones sat in the cushion. Kudos for the nice and sturdy packaging.The cat ears felt smooth and nice, not of cheap and heavily-reproduced plastic. They were very easy to attach, adjust and remove, and they didn't get dirty easily.Now, the problems... These headphones SUCK! The ear cushions seemed comfy at first glance, but no matter how many times I adjusted them, they kept hurting my ears in no time. Sound quality is pretty bad if you consider the price - my £8 earphones are 10x better! The microphone is a-OK, but not the best. Bluetooth connection was fine, but I ended up plugging it in instead as it had even worse sound quality wireless, regardless of what I paired it with. Also, it really didn't want to work (neither sound input nor output) with Discord, Messenger nor WhatsApp, so I just gave up on these altogether and sent the headphones back.Overall, an expensive product that looks and feels as if of high quality, but fundamentally flawed at the very things it's supposed to deliver on. Beyond looking cool, there's really no reason to waste your money on it, so I'll give it 2*
