Warm and comfy, easy to heat. Holds the warmth for 30 min. Not a fan of the lavender scent but it’s not disturbing

I am a big fan of lavender and have always wondered how it would taste! One night I got super wonked up and decided to see if the pad tasted as good as it smelled. Would not recommend for health reasons, but if you do end up licking/biting into it please let me know, as I also had COVID a year ago and don't know if my sense of taste has been altered. Product functions as expected and am glad to buy again

It’s great. Size, feel, and keeps heat. Smells weird, like baking ceramic.

Good for acing muscles and heats up in 2 to 3 minutes in microwave. Nice large siz and easy to use.

Like it for my back , knee and neck. Great size and soft covering is so comfortable.

I molds itself onto my lower back when I sit in my chair in the morning, reading the paper. It really loosens up my lower back. Sometimes I use it twice. Easy to heat up and the heat slows dissipates over about 20 min.

I don't know its very soft but small and doesn't get as warm longer as I'd like
