Very good ,if gets too hot for body take it off

very good for back pain.

Should have paid me to buy them horrible. No smell no pain relief nothing.

These did very little to nothing for my husband's severe Diabetic Neuropathy pain in his feet. We have been using a Capsaicin balm which provided much more relief. We wanted to give the patches a try as it would be less mess. There were no issues with the adhesive on his sensitive skin and they were lightweight. I'll give them a try next time I have knee or back pain and maybe they will work better for me, but as far as his needs and pain level- They were a disappointment.
