Works great
Works just as advertised, picture quality is great and battery life is good too. Has many games from when I was a kid.

Read the Manual! Get the most out of this thing.
Right out of the box, it's a great little console. Loaded with games from many different consoles. Battery life is ok, not great, but not horrible. There are some things to know, however, that may add or take away from your experience.1. This only plays up to *some* PS1/PSX games. The controls are D-Pad + Buttons. So don't expect to play any games that use joysticks (yet they include arcade systems, idk)2. Some games are not in English. Main examples are the Final Fantasy's for SNES. This is disappointing. Most are not this way. ChronoTrigger is English. (but even though it's in the SNES files I think it's the DS version.)3. Battery life. It's ok, but drains quickly if you leave it in sleep. There is a difference in tapping the power button and holding it down to shut the system off.4. Operating System. When you first turn it on you get a basic old school rom system layout. It operates as normal/expected. I happened to look at the instructions before I threw them away, and noticed you can switch to another OS, Garlic. It's a little more graphically pleasing, and seems to have more customizations. I'm still playing around with it. IMPORTANT - If/when you switch OSs, your favorites and save states do not carry over.

You get what you paid for.
Played Pokémon yellow for a couple hours till the thing died no warning. Saved file was deleted upon turning back on. Tried Pokémon crystal. Next day game acting like this. Wasted a whole day off playing Pokémon and none of it saved. Now pokemom crystal isn’t working properly. Didn’t think turning off the screen would cause all of this.

Retro gaming!
This has been a great little device to emulate retro games with. The SD card is cheap and will crap out quickly. I suggest buying an additional SD and copying the games over. The SD card comes preloaded with classic games we know well, however full collection isn’t there (still plenty to choose from if you aren’t familiar with Roms and Emulators). I also highly suggest to change the stock OS to another emulation OS like Garlic. What it comes with however is not bad. Plays everything up to PS1 and some classic PC games (Jazz Jackrabbit!)

Super fun!
I bought this for my son and he loves it! The build quality is quite nice, the screen is vivid and bright, the games run well and with the new Garlic OS the customization options are much greater than before. From what I hear, it is also a cinch to tweak this thing even more if you desire and add even more games, but I personally find the selection adequate. So far I am very satisfied with this and product and hoping I don't encounter the same issues others have had with it. For now, I highly recommend!
