Absolutely outstanding! While visiting Maui, we had our first ever mochi, coconut banana fosters of pancakes, and the fact that I got to bring those fluffy delicious pancakes back home with me was in an experience I cannot wait to live over and over and over again at home. Being gluten-free, you never get fluffy amazing pancakes so this was a huge win!Please note that the donuts on the same line are not gluten-free and contain wheat, which was disappointing and hard to return for a refund.

SO GOOD! I purchased after trying mochi pancakes in Hawaii. So much better than normal American pancakes, these are quick to make and so yummy. I paired with a homemade yuzu curd and fresh berries! Divine.Also made as waffles, but prefer the pancakes.

This taste sooooo gooooood!! I did add more milk than instructed because a little too thick. I used butter instead of oil it tasted sooooooo goood. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that it’s pretty expensive for 12-13 dollars. Really small package. I’ll definitely buy again if i feel like splurging.

Don't even need syrup. Tasty just as it is. Also used for making waffles... The texture is light and fluffy.

It is a super small size but I paid $12.99. I think is is a very expensive than another store.

I was debating on whether or not to purchase this product because there weren’t as many reviews, but I was on the hunt to find a better pancake mix and decided to just go for it.. and I’m soo glad I did! The pancakes were super easy to make with clear instructions on the packaging. More importantly, my niece LOVED them and asks for them every morning! They were so soft and squishy in the best way- mochi pancakes definitely hit different. The pancakes came out super fluffy and took less than 10 minutes to make.If you are debating on whether to purchase this product or not, just go for it!! I promise you won’t regret it.
