🚀 Ignite Young Minds with Pendulonium!
The Learning Resources Pendulonium STEM Challenge is a dynamic 16-piece pendulum game designed for children ages 5 and up. It promotes critical thinking and engineering skills through engaging, hands-on challenges that teach fundamental physics concepts without the need for batteries or complex mechanisms.

Surprised Me
I got this for my 7-year-old daughter and it was a hit with her and my 10-year-old son. They started by just building different sets and knocking it down. They had no idea there were actually challenges in the instruction booklet at first but soon discovered them and were excited to tackle the challenges. The set includes everything you need and inspires kids to use items around the house to incorporate. The pieces are very simple and there is nothing to really put together, it is ready to go right out of the box (there are stickers included you can add but not required.)This set surprised me because it is very simple but has kept my kids entertained. I like that the box is a sturdy cardboard one that I can store everything in. It has got my kids thinking about cause and effect and problem solving. Definitely a set to get kids thinking!

5 year old son enjoys it alot.
I want to give this five stars because it's a hit with my son, but the one issue I have with it is that you have to hold the pendulum stand steady or it falls over when it swings to hit the ball. Other wise it's been a fun activity for us.

So much fun
This toy is a lot of fun. Lots of options are provided with how to play but we love setting up our own and being creative. Definitely gets the kids thinking creatively. Highly recommend

Great Thinking!
We love this game. It is educational and makes them think about their next set up and how many tries it will take to knock over the cones.

Open Creativity and lots of thinking but maybe missing something...
I like a lot of toys from Learning Resources. This one does have my kids building lots of "obstacle courses" and trying new ideas. My problem is don't feel like this is the same level I've seen with their other products. The pendulum is slightly crooked making our long or challenging shots veer to the left. (May just be my particular box) There are no real instructions, just a few pictures of things to try and a sticker sheet. You can do quite a bit with this set alone but its a little redundant. Adding a few small toys of my own changes it up and add more possibilities. I wish it had some other pieces to go along with it.

STEM centered challenging toy
I love toys that challenge my kids, and this toy from Learning Resources does just that! Pendulonium is a STEM centered challenger. It helps kids develop critical thinking and early engineering skills. The starting age is 5 but my 5 year old was only able to make it to card 4. I'm sure with alot of practice he will get further but I think the starting suggested age should be closer to 7, although even my 8 year old found it to be quite challenging.Included in this kit is 2 balls, 6 cones, 2 goal cups and of course a pendulum. There are also 9 cards with different configuration ideas that get more difficult as it goes up (1 is easiest 9 hardest).I would most definitely recommend this toy/ game for anyone looking for something that would challenge their kids but just bear in mind the age recommendation.

No le gustó mucho
Pensé que mi niño de 5 años se iba a entretener mucho más pero no fue así! No sé porque qué, pero no le atrajo mucho

Great educational toy
Such a fun STEM activity to allow kids to develop problem-solving skills within Science/Technology/Engineering and Maths. We had lots of fun exploring cause and effect and how to alter the course of the pendulum. Lots of giggles and some amazing chatting about what was happening/what might happen next/why things happened etc.

Great fun for kids

Great activity
This is not a game...which is where I think some reviewers got a little muddled. This is a great STEM activity to do with your child while discussing some of the more basic parts of physics. It was a great starting point and gave some focus and aim to our discussions while learning useful skills about testing an idea to prove it.

Great play and learning experience.
This is great fun and a nice little learning experience for any budding engineer or scientist. Basic cause and effect physics using a pendulum to knock things over - and kids love to knock things over! It is very self-directed when used as a toy but my grandson is having a great time getting all his lego and blocks out and making massive towers - then using his new pendulum to knock the whole lot down. He is not old enough for the theory side yet, but the practical is currently hilarious fun.
