Q: Real nutrition info? There's no way you'd use 1/4 tsp. Clearly a trick to downplay bad nutrition??

True, a 1/4 tsp is not nearly enough to season my shrimp boils, where I use 'Slap Ya Mama' almost exclusively. But when cooking Southern style food (my shrimp boil receipe is from Louisiana), virtually all spices are overdone. One does not make a shrimp boil every day though, mine maybe 3-4 times a year. It is mostly salt (you can taste it). But boy, do I get the compliments on my shrimp boils. Have tried most others, 'Slap Ya Mama' has always gotten me the most compliments. The 'heat' it offers is...just right. If you are truly concerned about the nutritional content of exotic food...you're eating the wrong food.

Ingredients Per the lable. Corn Meal, Corn Flour, Salt, Red Pepper, Garlic, Black Pepper, Paprika, Soluble Crab Spice, Oleoresin Paprika. No MSG

Q: How many fish filets does one box cover

While it depends on the size of your fillets, I would say for an 8oz filet that you could bread at least 10. Keep in mind that if you need to stretch it you can make your own by buying the spice mix and add it to cornmeal.
