Some issues but great product
First off this is a solid machine. Lots of fun BUT there are some problems. First of all if you ship a bike 2/3 assembled you need to give us instructions for assembly, not a 12 page owners manual that only talks about the company and the suspension forks. The rear brakes are a problem as the rear fender gets in the way of the brake mechanism(I'd also have someone who knows how to adjust bike brakes on hand as they won't be ready right out of the box) unless you put it out side of the foot board backstop. Now I'm worried my shoe is gonna catch on the screw. Maybe I put it together wrong( no instructions). The fender itself wasn't bent, but it was once I attached it and had to bend the wires that hold it in place so it wouldn't rub the tire( don't flip the scooter upside down to work on it once the fender is on back not sturdy or load bearing). Looks nice now but not quite symmetrical, you can tell I had to bend it. The front fender is a pieceof plastic thin plastic that is velcroed on, not screws and thick plastic like I assumed form the price. In fact the front fender was probably designedfor some other bike and slap on this( I'm glad it's there though). The tires come half inflated which sucks cause the tire pump that comes with it won't slide on and if you force it the stem just goes into the rim. Would have been better if the tires had been empty. Also the tire pump broke as I tryed to use it and gave me a rather large cut( the inside is a sharp ended metal tube). I had to drive up to the gas station with my tires to fill them up enough to ride. That's the bad once you have it all set up its a blast. It holds my weight pretty well and isn't to short( I'm 6' 1" and a little over 300) the shock forks are nice and you could probably get a riser for the neck if you wanted the bars a little higher.Over all I like the product a lot but for the price it should come with instructions aswell as the tools and junky tire pump you'd need to get on the road.

Urban Mushing Dream
Well worth the price, this scooter comes with all the bells and whistles and it has great craftsmanship. I use this for dog scootering or urban mushing when there is not enough snow for my husky. The scooter is perfect right out of the box to hit the trail or the sidewalks on the commute. It is also ready for disk breaks if you want to upgrade yourself which I thought was a huge bonus and due to the front wheel being a standard 26" size I can switch out my ice tyre from my mountain bike with it for added traction if needed.

Impressed with quality and components
Arrived quicker than expected. High quality. My dog and I have already had lots of fun with it. Assembly was relatively simple, it is similar to a bicycle. I had to go to manufacturers web site to sleuth things out. There is design redundancy between the models that creates confusion. I would have given it more stars but there were no directions for the installation.

Great Ride
I think I'm the first person in Hawaii to have this bike here. It's a great workout and ride. I use it 4 times a week to get to the gym. It's a 5 mile ride. It's was very easy to set up even if it didn't have the instructions. But most of all I love it cause it could handle my weight at 350 lbs.

Good for larger people too.
Got this about a month ago and have been having a blast scooting around on it.Con:- Instructions are near non-existent and for those of use with little bike building experience, it's not obvious. I'm pretty handy, but if you don't know the parts so well, sequence can really cause regret with assembly. To boot, the PDF that you can download has a different suspension than this newer version.- Wobbly with the kickstandPro- Holds a heavy person, though I'm sure it's not "intended" to do so. 350Lbs. +- Height is not extensively adjustable, but can be used for 6'3" person.- Fun, simply fun. All the uncomfortable issues with a bike's tiny seat are gone.- Cardio goes much faster than on a bike, so if you are looking for exercise fun in a short period of time, this is a great choice.I seriously wish a manufacturer would take a closer look as supporting overweight people and this kind of exercise. Joint pressure and pressure points in particular can really restrict what people can do, this is a fun alternative to the more common methods of exercise. Unfortunately there are very few choices for larger people... but fortunately this is one of them.

The bike has been great, with the caveat that we have to fill ...
We live in the country and use this on trails and dirt roads mostly. The bike has been great, with the caveat that we have to fill tires frequently. We hitch two of our dogs to the handlebar stem using racing harnesses and lines, I am looking to refine the way we run them with the kick bike.
