Is this OSHA approved?

Not OSHA approved Off the top of my head... The railing must be 42 inches at the top rail. Must have a Midrail and toe rail. Also needs to support a minimum of 200 lbs or more.

Will the owens corning attic stair insulating tent fit with this railing?

Regretfully I can offer no advice with regard to your tent question since I don't know anything about it. Perhaps some other buyer can offer guidance.Otherwise I can say we are very pleased with the installed railing. It's made a huge difference to comfortable attic access.

Is the height adjustable on this? I have a pitched roof but need it an inch or two lower in height.

I believe this goes up to a 10’ ceiling.
