This is a great "insulated" bag. It does keep cold groceries, even frozen products, cold for a short while, say like a half mile walk to the grocer in 90 degree + 80% humidity. The insulation on the inside is sturdy and works well. The bags even have a full zipper that closes up the bag to help keep in the cold.My only complaint? That while it does have a zipper for the top of the bag, it does NOT close completely to give a good seal. So, technically, the bag is still slightly open (basically a 2-3" hole on either side). You can tuck in the zipper end into the bag itself, but it is not a full seal. But, again, the bag kept my frozen products (half gallon of ice cream) from melting after walking half a mile back from the store in 90 degree heat and 80% humidity. Trip lasted about 15min, so if you are in your car with the A/C going, this bag is more than capable.And I'm happy to have gotten two bags in the set. Great purchase!

It was very disappointing that when I went to use one of the bags one of the seams had not been finished properly and was useless. Unfortunately because I bough a few I didn't notice this in time to exchange or to return for an exchange. I am stuck with a like new bad with one open seam. If you get these check all the seams when you get them rather than let them sit. I wish I had done that. The other bags have been fine.

These are just what I was looking for. They are not meant to keep items cold all day but they are great to keep them cold from the supermarket to home. When I plan on running a few errands after the supermarket, I put in a couple of freezer packs to keep things cold longer. They are well made and sturdy. The straps are sewn to the underside of the bag which adds to the stability. I like the removable plastic insert to help stabilize the bottom when the bag is full. The quilted insulation looks like good quality, not the cheap silver plastic material. I will purchase more for family and friends. It's good to carry a set in each family vehicle for those quick trips to the store. They fold up neatly when not in use. I'm sure they don't appeal to everyone because the zipper doesn't enclose the inside completely but for my purposes they are just what I want.

I bought these cool bags as I wanted to stock up on some frozen goods from a store that's at 45 minute journey from my home, but didn't want to splash out on a proper picnic style cool bag. They were just right for the job, and even kept things frozen while I stopped by a few other stores on the way home, including grabbing a bite to eat for dinner. The fabric and handles feel pretty sturdy, and you can load them up and it feel safe to carry them. I also like that they have a reasonable amount of structure to them, while also being soft enough that you can fold them up if you want/need to. I use these regularly for going to grocery store because I was so pleased with them.

I've been looking for good quality "cloth" insulated bags for a couple of years. I bought some great ones from Stop&Shop years ago, but they slowly died, one by one. The only insulated reusable bags I could find were a plastic-ish material that would rip easily. The zipper would rip out. The handles would rip out. So annoying...Then I found THESE bags! I've had them for about a year, and I'm coming back to order another pair since I often need at least three for my cold/frozen items.They're great quality and a great size. The top sides fold in to zip closed, so I need to let baggers know not to fill them to the top. Since they're slightly bigger than my old Stop&Shop bags w/ a zip lid, however, they actually hold the same amount of groceries.

I’ve had this product for about 10 months. As a food courier, these bags get quite the workout on a daily basis and have dutifully carried countless steaks, burgers and tacos to their destination. Recently, the zipper broke on one of the bags and have to replace it; however, I cannot be too mad, especially considering the reviews of similar bags, which apparently arrive broken. These bags are much better than the ones supplied by my company.tl;dr - these bags are very sturdy and durable with daily heavy use.

I had another insulated grocery bag and then the handle broke. I had become used to enjoying an insulated bag for my cold items and meat at the grocery and this was nearly identical to the bag I had before but it is a little taller and has a zipper if you're so inclined to use it. I like the blue color and the bag allows my cold items to stay cold until I make it home from more than one stop during my errands. Thanks for offering.

The ATBAY Insulated Grocery Bag is much better than the cheap reusable bags I bought at the grocery store. What sold me is that the handles go all the way around the bottom so I can carry heavier loads without worrying that they will rip apart from the bag or that the bag will split open. It is insulated, which is great but since it's hard to tell from the product description you should know that the zipper doesn't completely close the bag. However, since this bag was probably not designed to keep contents cold much longer than a short trip home from the grocery store so I don't see it as a flaw. I've been using them for a few months with no problem. $16 for two bags is definitely worth it.
