Loved this book, loved the characters and the story!
This book has a unique and refreshing storyline embedded in a critique of the world we live in with a rush to judgement about everyone without facts or information. Emmalea Russo weaves beautiful sentences, characters and story and each page drew me deeper into the book. I was so intrigued by the character Vivienne that I'd love to have a conversation with her. She is eccentric and fascinating. Emmalea is an amazing writer and I truly hope this story is made into a move. This should be on every book club list as a must read. I can't wait to read what this remarkable author writes next!

This Book Is A Blast To Read!
I raced through this novel in one sitting. The premise is gripping, the prose is beautiful but also fast moving. A strange tale about the costs of making art, it features a great cast of strong women protagonists, the titular Vivienne, her daughter Velour, and granddaughter Vesta, living in an old house in rural Pennsylvania. The scenes of them are a delight. The use of greek-chorus-like internet comments is funny and cool. I loved this book!
