My feet are thin and flat though so foot wear in size 5 is often too deep but uk shoe size 4 I find hurts my toe as its not quite long enough so I wasn't sure which size to go for. In the end I got the 5/6 as figured too big was better then too small in this case.The shoes arrived, they are a bit big, I think would have been better with the 3/4 in these.The measurement guide is fairly accurate in regard to the size of the sole. The image gives the impression the shoe has a shape, in fact they have a rubber sole with a stretchy material like a sock on the top. They also have a removable insole. This means they stretch alot so there would have been enough stretch in the fabric to accommodate my feet in the smaller size without hurting my toe. I suspect had my feet been wider the 5/6 would have been right so if you were a size 6 and had a wide foot these might be a bit too small.I did not return them for a smaller size because it would have cost me more than they were worth in postage and though they are a bit big they stay on without problem so I think they will be ok. Including postage I paid just under £10, they do not look bad quality (time will tell) If they had been £6 they would have got another star, I have not yet used them in water so will add to this once I have wore them in water a few times.Additional:- Ok so I had a go with these and they are growing on me so I added a star. They work great paddling in stones walking on gravel and dry quickly. I took out the insole I found it uncomfortable but once removed I have walked a good distance (about 1h walk) in them on tarmac. Because the sole is rubber they squeak a bit as you walk as your feet sweat. However paddling in water in them was great on a hot day. They have also turned out to be excellent doing the garden in summer protecting your feet from standing on anything prickly or sharp stones yet they are cooler than trainers and don't fall off or get soil in them like sandals. They are also flexible and the size of your feet so you can step between plants more easily. Should have got a dark colour as I have got them dirty. I may yet get a second pair so I have some for gardening and some for aqua aerobics (yet to be test).

I really love these. Fantastic so the beach, swimming and rock climbing from my experience. They drain of water well and protect your feet from stones. I took out the removable insoles to give me more feeling in my feet

I've been looking for a nice pair of water shoes that I can wear in the sea on holiday (after getting bitten by fish and cutting feet on pebbles). I'm very impressed by these+ These shoes are very lightweight and flexible, great to just chuck into your beach bag+ Good grip on the bottom of the shoe, they offer good protection from general things in e.g the sea like rough pebbles+ Great pattern and colour, very vibrant, exactly like the photo+ Sizing is good+ Removable sole+ Easy to get on and off thanks to the pull strap bit at the back of ankleGreat water shoes, recommend!

These were a lifesaver when travelling in airports and when I went to Thailand, I wore them all the time and was so pleased with them. They could have done with lasting a bit longer though. I will be buying another pair though as some others I have tried don't fit as well.

Absolutely love these! We bought them for our holiday with the intention of wearing them in the sea. We also bought a different brand to try. The other shoes eventually had holes in the soles but these stayed perfectly intact. We used them for walking on the sand and in and out of the sea and not only did we not burn our feet on the very hot sand, we also didn’t feel any pebbles and shells as we walked into the sea. We also wore them at a water park to stop our feet burning on the ground while walking around the water park and they remained as good as new! Not one single burn as the soles are padded.

there was abit too much room at the back of my feet and i ordered my size, also i slipped witht he first time wearing them and injured above my foot where its taken more then 2 weeks heal, and the soul inside them move about and ur toes can go above the end of them so u need take them off and reajust them, other than this they did well in the sea for me just standing abit i didnt feel the rocks or anything under my feet,final thoughts, would buy more secure in future but did well for my beach experiance

Are not the same shape as the picture. they don't even look like that with your foot in. Rubbish and too small.

I got these for my daughter. She was going to a scout camp involved with raft building and canoeing. They made the experience better than she had before when using old trainers. Easy to fit on and off. A strong sole to protect her feet. Lightweight when wet and available in lots of cool colours.
