I been used this supplement for the pass 6 months I have so much problems with eating enough protein I can definitelI have been using this supplement for the past 6 months. I have had so many problems with eating enough protein. I can definitely see the difference, and I feel better about being sore after workouts. It's very effective for recovery.

No effect was noticed in conjunction with solid meal, training, and rest program. I recommend trying something else.

I am someone who works out regularly, and I rely upon various supplements to assist with my fitness goals. I have tried countless products over the years, but continue to search for ones that will work at helping my muscle growth. So, when I came across this product I liked the claims that it made, and it was a brand that I had heard of before so I felt comfortable in giving it a try. Once it arrived, it took me a bit of time to actually use it because I was using other supplements and I wanted to be able to gauge how this one worked without mixing it with others. So I finally started using it a bit ago but so far I’m only seeing minimal results. I have been taking five a day as suggested, and there may be a little bit less of muscle fatigue when working out, but as far as the size and growth of my muscles It seems to be a bit steady with what I have been getting for results prior to taking this. There may be a slight difference so I will continue to finish the bottle and then once I am completely done with it I will revisit my review and make any adjustments if needed. I do feel it is a bit pricey for what it actually does, but it does have quality ingredients so I guess I can somewhat justify the price tag. I’m hoping that as I continue to take it, I will see more improvement so fingers crossed. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

This really helps reduce my recovery time during workouts. I am able to go to the gym every other day with these. The supplement does not have any added taste to it which is good. My only complaint would be I have to take 5 caps a day, and they are quite large, so I was having trouble swallowing it at the same time. I find it easier to hold a mouthful of water in my mouth, and swallow the caps along with the water. Other than that, great product.

I've been taking these the last few weeks and do notice I am able to push just a little more during my workouts. When close to failure I these give me a little bit of extra push, very happy with that. Very noticeable when I forget to take them, I don't have that little extra. Only concern I had was the price and serving size. Adding these to your regimen will get expensive as you are to take 5 a day. While that is not a big deal, the price and pill count will make it an expensive addition. Overall happy with the product, but not the price
