Excellent source of vitamin B2! Be sure to store in a cool and dry place and leave the desiccant pack that it comes with inside. Otherwise, they have a tendency to stick together. Also, they taste really good.

I had high hopes for these riboflavin gummies, and they may have offered some mild support with migraine prevention. Unfortunately, the waxy, unpleasant texture made them hard to stomach. I ended up discontinuing them because I just couldn’t get past the chew.

The flavor is just right. They have really helped.
