I used heavy cream and heated in the microwave. Absolutely delicious! Texture was oatmeal-like and very filling because it's loaded with protein. No strange chemicals, no preservatives, additives or fake things, and I LOVE that it's sweetened with monk fruit extract. My new favorite!

IMHO I made it with milk, (cant imagine it with just water after tasting it) and huge disappointment.. I thought it would be similar to an oat meal type breakfast.. It was not.. It was ok tasty but did plump up.. mainly milk with nuts and a tad of maple flavor.. Next try will be using less milk… not filling to line, but then it will be even less filling.. not for me.. sorry but I wont buy again

I am a creature of habit and eat oatmeal almost every day. But, when my A1C was a little high I wanted to switch to a lower carb option. I was pleasantly surprised to come across Folk Revival in my Amazon search and fell in love with this on first bite. It is unlike any other oatmeal. It has a delicious crunch! The pumpkin seeds and almond really elevate the sensory appeal. I love the crunch with the creaminess of the oatmeal. At first, it looked a bit watery until I stirred it more. The chai and blueberry almond flavors are spot on and can't beat 20g of protein. It's my new go-to oatmeal!

Very powdery. Does not thicken like oatmeal. Taste like protein powder more than blueberry or nut.

I just discovered these as I was looking for a low-carb, grain-free breakfast, and I love them! They're super quick and easy to make, perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack. Just be careful when adding water so it doesn’t get too soupy. I love that they’re high-protein and grain-free. You can eat them plain or add your favorite toppings. Highly recommend!
