Love this bike
Great bike easy to ride. Took 4 hours to put together directions easy to follow. The basket is nice and big. My 70 pound golden doodle fits in the basket.

Nice but beware
The finished product looks just as listing shows but going from the box to finished will make you test your sanity more than once. The instructions suck. Some of the bolts are too short and I don’t want to even talk about the chain. I had to take the bike and chain to a bike shop and luckily they put the pin in chain for me free of charge. To assembly the rest of the bike they gave me a quote of $160. No thank you. However, once I found out what a pain the brakes were I was tempted to pay that price. For the price and the finished product I think it was a good purchase.

Wobbly
This bicycle is wobbly and not stable enough for an elderly person to feel comfortable using.

Hard to build
We had a hard time putting this together. The instructions for the breaks were confusing. Once we build it we had a hard time getting the chain to stay on. It's a cute bike just too hard to put together unless you know what you are doing.

Very Happy
Very happy with product. It was given as a gift. Easy enough assembly. We would buy another one if needed.

The Picky Engineer says avoid unless you enjoy DIY reworks
So many parts scattered around in the box, which with a slightly broken box makes you wonder as you put it together whether you'll have all the parts you need. Included tools aren't terribly useful and the hex key multi-wrenxh broke apart completely on the second or third use. The flat plate hex wrench was worse than using a vise grip and crescent wrench(es). Some parts (e.g. the spacer for one wheel) are not as shown in the illustrations which makes them difficult to identify. Axel I received was so overwelded I had to grind the extra material off with a Dremel to make it fit, which leaves uncoated bare metal exposed inside. Fit is generally poor and some parts (notably chain guard) need to be bent to fit. Instructions need better pictures and better writing. Support was fast to engage and effective in resolving issues (willing to send spare minor hardware etc.).

Very good for the money
I had some problems with the fenders. I bought Howden nuts and bolts to solve the problem. They were very good in replacing the fenders. I turned both tricycles to E tricycles worked very well
