First impression wasn’t that good. Too small and light, no battery. But, it works well and does all that was built for: heats and massages the neck, shoulders, ankles etc. An USB cable is included. I recommend it. 😀😀😀

The first one would not turn on but I gave this product another try and it works great! So helpful for long car-rides , and at work

Hesitant w/this review, as the product has come close to meeting expectations w/a few exceptions IF they designed it w/More powerful battery, because these exceptions are considerable!!! It is soft, it does vibrate & heat up albeit BOTH heat & vibrate are more like WARM & barely feel the vibration. The tiny little vibration discs shift inside the neck wrap, so good luck w/that. The neck wrap seemed great w/the non-hooking/grabbing “velcro,” until I found it’s too big for my neck (& my neck is NOT small). The ability to be firmly against your neck matters greatly when vibration is so slight. Then beyond puzzled with how crazy the performance is w/the combo for heat & vibration. HOLD vib until red light (series short & 1 long: drove me nuts) push again turns blue (non-stop short: also nuts). Best I could get was green (series of longer vibrations: my preference is constant, but can see how you could become desensitized w/out interruption of some sort). HOWEVER, when you start heat: as soon as you hold until it turns red to start the highest heat, the already small vibration GEARS DOWN, so you have to go to mid temp. (blue) which will get a PART of the vibration back (green: lowest temp: vibration pulse same as blue). Have to turn temp OFF completely to get the original (already insufficient) vibration back. I’ve tried every combination, very frustrating & super disappointing! I think they think we’ll take any shoddily put together product put on the market & that’s after we’ve tried to read every often faulty description & analyzed every picture.

This helped with my neck pain, but burned my neck in a spot, even on level one of the three settings; so don’t leave it on your skin too long! It was not that serious, just a small sore. I may be sensitive - heat on my skin sometimes makes it itch. I have good things to say about this, just test it out for your level.

Nice vibration and heat. Only draw back is that you have to be plugged in for use. So there’s no keeping busy with this on.

Oooooh! This is a delight! I spend many hours sitting at a computer desk, & this heating pad is just the ticket. It's adjustable, and also, has a built-in device, that makes a bit of noise, & a tiny bit of vibration, which does feel really nice, but it's not a shiatsu-type of serious massager. I generally use it daily. It's small & lightweight, so that it's easy to keep handy near my desk. It's soothing, & quite comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this device for getting the kinks out of the neck!

I had hurt my neck so I bought this in hopes it would help . When I first tried it I used it for about 30 minutes and it seemed to help a little the next time I used it i was laying on my couch watching TV im not sure how long it was on but it burnt my skin and the burn took longer to heal then my neck did so be careful using this the burn it makes hurts for a long time

My husband really likes this. Cordless and rechargeable is a plus.
