Highly Recommend!
This is the best diet and exercise book ever. The plan gets results. I am over the moon with my results. A must buy if you are stuck in a rut and easy to follow plan.

Works, but is very hard work!
Like the way it's laid out, presented clearly what you need to do. Wanted to lose approx 8lbs, I go to the gym 4/5 times a week doing S & C classes and can run 5k easily. I found the first workout horrendous so reverted back to the gym classes, my BodyBoss Hiits, running and spinning. In the first week I have lost 6lbs. I won't be sticking to it for 4 weeks or I will disappear and be fed up of the recipies as not much choice. The pancakes which you look forward to on carb days are like slop so don't bother making either. You will be hungry!

Very informative
Great book. Lots of information with diet plans recipes and exercises. Food is quite restrictive as in what you can combine. You have to follow plan exactly and be totally committed to get the results. But hey, it's only 4 weeks and you can achieve good weight loss. Noticing the difference 4 weeks can make is motivation enough to stick with it. Good luck, you can do it!

Simple exercises and diet.
The low Carb diet in this is very easy to follow and very tasty, it's not been hard to stick to. The exercises look eaasy but I found it hard to keep referring back to the book between each movement and it made everything take longer for me however I am used to dvd exercise programmes and i'm sure that once you get to know the moves you no longer need to refer back to the book.

Very clear plan but needs more recipes
I haven’t started the plan yet so I can’t comment on the success of the plan, only on the book itself. I’ve read through it all and taken notes, written my meal plans and shopping lists etc ready to start on Monday.The exercises are very clearly laid out day by day, with step by step pictures as well as clear explanations so I don’t think I can possibly go wrong! There’s also a section for warm up and cool down, again with photos and explanations. Chloe tells you exactly which exercises to do, how many and for how long, and what to eat, for every day of the 4 weeks.The food looks tasty and has been easy to adapt to my gluten free dietary requirements due to being coeliac (not great if you’re vegan/veggie though) however there are only a few options for breakfast and lunch/dinner, with many being similar. The only non-hot lunch is a salad on both the low & high carb days so that’s my only option for taking to work without a microwave, so I may get bored quickly. I would have liked another 10 recipes per meal for both high & low carb to add more variety. However, the meals all look quick to cook and the recipes are very easy to follow which is great for busy people, or people like me who are a bit rubbish in the kitchen!Looking forward to getting started.

Okay...
I bought this after hearing Chloe Madeley interviewed on the radio. She seemed to be talking some sense so I thought I'd give it a go. Whilst I am sure this will suit some, it's not really for me. The recipes are pretty bland, and there are far too many exercises for me - nothing I hadn't seen or wasn't doing already. So, fine for some, but not for me.

Stick with it and you will see changes
I bought the kindle version of this 3 weeks before my holiday and wished i had bought it earlier! I didnt weigh or measure myself before hand but know i am more toned and my bloated stomach has gone down. I have probably gone from a 14/16 to a 12/14 judging by my clothes and feel much more confident and happier. I wish i had been able to do the 4th week before going away but it will give me the incentive to not go too crazy on holiday and restart healthy eating on my return. The recipes are very samey and not very inspiring but you can follow the rules to make your own. I havent been hugely hungry but have craved bread! The kindle format is ok, with links to each week, each menu section etc, so its fairly easy to flick around. The exercises are ok...4 exercises alternating cardio with body weight for example star jumps, press ups, squat jumps and then ab work. You repeat these for 30-40 minutes as you progress and do them 5 days per week. Its worth a go if you are slimming for a special occasion and are running out of time, but DONT CHEAT!

It's hard but worth it!
Don't be fooled by the basic looking exercises this boom kicks your ass!! I am an avid gym goer and this has changed my out look on training! I'm only 3 days in and lost 2 pound. Diet is easy to follow but you will definitely want carbs by the 4th day!! Can't wait to see the end result!

Omg this book!! I bought it not knowing what to expect but I followed her plan for 8 weeks and wow the results spoke for themselves! I actually had a six pack for the first time in my life, however having said that I did lose a lot of muscle mass so came off the diet plan so I can rebuild the size I have lost! Looking forward to the next book and the fat loss plan!

Well explained, easy to follow - and it works!
Had been thinking about buying this book for a while but was worried it would be another fad, which would sit on the shelf and not be followed.In reality this is one of the best health and fitness books I have read and followed. It's very easy to understand, Chloe does a great job of explaining her background, and the fundamentals of the plan and why she's designed it the way she has. The exercises are easy to follow with descriptions as well as pictures. We are wife and husband and we both followed for 6 weeks. We did find the exercises difficult to do at first (in terms of our own fitness), and reduced from 1min per exercise to 30 seconds. Even doing this we both lost weight and toned up, Mrs losing almost 1 and half stone and husband almost 2 stone.The book gives some guidance on coming out of the plan which is always a worry, but the way Chloe has explained the eating plan, means you can apply the principles to eating out etc. Would definitely recommend - would suggest for the first few weeks writing out a full weeks meal plan and only buying what you need - this will make it a lot easier to stick to. In addition if you follow Chloe on social media she is always giving tips and further info to help support "Blitzers". Good luck!

Exercises are great and well written and well explained, however I don’t eat meat and can’t adapt this at all to work for me. So disappointed

Worth everything penny and more.
Amazing book, really helpful and simple to follow. Doesn't try to over explain why to eat certain foods, which i find quite boring. I just want to know what to eat and when. Also a simple and easy to follow training plan. Thank you. I'm week two and lost 5kgs already.
