I didn't expect it to be this good. I prefer to use it with salads, and it tastes really good. It smells better than olives. I started using it 4 days ago, I even feel more dynamic, and I think it directly affects the immune system. Compared to the price, it's really worth it. Also, packaging and bottle are classy. I have taken black seed oil by other suppliers and looking for another brand that is Organic. This one fit that bill... EXCEPT... Upon opening to use topically the color is a deep red dye color... WHY!? I emailed the company and waiting to receive an explanation. I could feel the difference using this brand and was happy... The costs are reasonable. If anyone else has an explanation to the coloring please comment.
