White Mountain Puzzles American Classics - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

This was a delightful puzzle to work on and was not at all frustrating to assemble; even if it does take a bit of time it is certainly enjoyable. I am not really a pro at jigsaws so they take me a lot longer to work than the seasoned afficianado (or however you spell that word?) but I really had a great time with this one. It transmits a warm and sentimental feeling and takes me way back to a simpler and happier time and brought a smile to my face. The colors are bright and vibrant and some sections are quite simple while others are a bit more difficult but the overall experience is one of nostalgic happiness and this was certainly time well spent. I always love the puzzles that White Mountain produces and they are consistently excellent and a good value and a wonderful way to use my time. This one, in particular, I can highly recommend because it is so darn sweet and makes one feel good. GREAT PUZZLE!!!!

I grew up working jig saw puzzles with my grandmother and have continued my obsession off and on over the years. Recently, i planned a trip with my elderly mother (dementia) and her cousin, who also enjoy puzzles. The White Mountain puzzles caught my eye for their quality and subject matter. This one seemed perfect as it is nostalgic and seemed a good subject for the older folks in the group. All the pieces were there, box wasn't damaged and quality nice. Pieces went together nicely. My mother found it difficult as did my cousin and partner. I have to say, it was harder than it looked, but I like a challenge. I did most of it and got it going for the others, who, after a majority of it was done, were able to find more pieces. Per my groups feedback, it was hard, so if you enjoy a challenge, this one is a great option. it's not as hard as some that have a lot of the same color (the moon, matchsticks, etc.), but wanted to point that out in the event you are choosing this for a group of folks that don't have a lot of experience. Due to the quality, condition and design...I give this 5 stars. I'll certainly be purchasing more White Mountain jig saw puzzles.

This was my favorite puzzle, we've started doing these since the mostly shutdown since March, and have put together at least a dozen. This one's large, and colorful and vivid, but with enough complexity to challenge you. It's colorful and fun with a lot of detail and colors, with good trivia, or fun for younger family members who may not remember the time (nostalgia). Sizes are not uniform so you could manage the pieces better (what I like anyway!). I'm not normally a puzzle person and don't do well, and lose interest if they are too muted in color or in uniform size of all the puzzle pieces, or just too hard. I want it to be fun, and colorful, and some different sizes. Larger is better in the puzzle size. This one was priced too high, and I pondered for quite a while. But it's also hard to find, and finally I coughed up the high price. It will be recycled with friends and family, but still, it was kind of priced gouged here.

Great quality and fun to do.

Loved the no glare of the puzzle as the flat matt made it easy to see under lights. Will buy more from this company, especially the larger pieces as we older now and easier to use

This was a fun puzzle with just the right amount of challenge. The pieces are the perfect size and snap together well. The problem was that it was missing a piece. We are very careful and our puzzles have their own spot on a table so I’m sure it arrived with a missing piece. I would have given it 5* otherwise.

A good quality that requires moderate skill level. Very enjoyable build with good content. A fun build for both my wife with Alzheimer's and myself to pick up the more moderate skill level. We both enjoyed it very much.

Fast service. Big puzzle. Larger than a normal size puzzle. We're doing it now.

I enjoyed doing this puzzle.The pieces are a bit larger than most, so if you're hands aren't as nimble as they used to be, this puzzle is great.
