I rarely comment on products from Amazon, but had to on this one. I'm on a weight loss journey and have lost 50 pounds so far. I'm 5'1. 145 pounds. So I am very short with a small torso. It is hard to find waist shapers that fit and are comfortable. I bought a size medium. I liked that as I wore the item I could make it smaller and the zipper made it easy to keep everything nice and tight. The material wasn't oppressive so I could workout in it too. I've had it less than 3 weeks and the zipper broke while I was wearing it. Not even working out but around the house. I chose this waist shaper based on other reviews and that it had all the features I wanted which I could not find in more expensive designs. Plus, that shouldn't matter anyways. This company is selling a garment that they advertise can be worn everyday even while exercising. I do recommend if you are trying to shape your waist that you find a product like this with hook and eyes and a zipper...just one made properly.

Runs big. I’m 5’2 130. I ordered extra small. Should be perfect. Size down. Zipper is hard to zip.

Esta faja superó mis expectativas. Moldea la cintura y el abdomen de forma notable, sin sentirse demasiado apretada o incómoda. La tela es suave, elástica y permite moverse con facilidad. La uso tanto con ropa ajustada como debajo de vestidos, y se nota la diferencia en la silueta. Además, no se enrolla ni marca la piel. ¡Muy recomendada si buscas definición y comodidad al mismo tiempo!
