I will purchase again!!! These seeds are good and good for you! I eat them straight out of the bag. This bag contains 16 ounces, a medium sized bag, of delicious seeds containing 4 grams of protein. It’s easy to take with you and seals up perfectly!! You can eat this right out of the bag, put on salads, mix with other snacks, just about anything you want to add it to!! This is worth the money! Great for Protein, taste great!
Love these, for every 43 pumpkin seeds, it’s 4 grams of protein! So you get like 8 grams of protein for each handful of seeds. These are also organic and taste amazing. I will definitely keep getting these.
