I'm tired of removing small stains and washing 3 to 4 pairs of underwear a day while small leaks happen from menstrual cup adjusts after insertion, or small leaks when full. I wanted to find a thin, non invasive liner to catch these drips because the underwear washing is tedious. Anyway, these are very thin, the adhesive is sticky, and the cloth-like packaging is very nice. Note: they look narrow in the underwear photo i posted, but these bikini underwear are much wider than my usual pairs, so keep that in mind. These are just perfect for catching small amounts to prevent underwear changing and washing/stain removal.

November 2025 - the liners themselves are amazing and great shape. But the sticky side.....did poise make it more sticky??? Because I'm ripping seams trying to remove it from my Knix shorts. The sticky adhesive part seems more ....intense? To remove. Worse than a period pad with wings. I don't hate it, but it's kind of cumbersome. I peeled a poise liner off and some adhesive stayed behind/I ripped the liner while removing it. I don't really like that. I don't have shifting issues so idk why the liner got more sticky/adhesive than before....maybe reel that back 1/4 of the way. Cos the OG product was great. This product works the same but now the adhesive is too strong and making me fight to peel off a tiny liner off my undies. It sounds "amazing" to anyone standing outside a stall or door. (Sarcasm.) Constant ripping and tearing, like I can't place a pad down proper. Not discreet. Still love my poise liners and I'll keep using, but Why is the adhesive so strong? It's a liner. Not a a pad

If you dont want a micro liner buy something else and stop complaining. Poise do NOT STOP MAKING THESE because some people cant read and comprehend the name. The negative reviews are a reflection of the user not knowing what they are talking about and not because the product isnt serving the exact purpose it is intended for. These are exactly what most of us want that truly have a very very light leak catcher and dont want the bulky, too big, too long, and way too wide for any normal sized panty liners like all the other crap on the market. I'm buying like 50 packs so I dont have to worry about a product change being made later due to these whiners in the reviews.
