Great deal compared to stores.
From most stores, this tape is quite expensive. Buying this pack was a huge bargain. It worked great for the frame of my new deck. I recommend.

As good or better than what Lowe's carries.
The tape worked well. It took a day or two of summer sun until it really stuck to my deck joists but it was better than the stuff (sorry, I can't remember that brand) that I bought at Lowe's. Much cheaper too.

Durability
Seems to work pretty well and has a plastic like outer coat with almost a tar stuff on the inside. I have used other that was a full on the outside which I like better but this worked fine

Backing sheet split often during application.
Application to joists is inferior to other products on the market. The backing sheet would often split, requiring time to peel it off again and start over.
