Good use for dieting
These plates are beneficial if you are on or starting a diet. It keeps you in check of the amount of food you are eating. It really helped me in portion control. I also recommend because of the quantity that come with this order for the price. You can't find better.

I am really enjoying using these. They are lightweight and durable. The colors are as pictured. They do not overheat in the microwave. They have done fine in the dishwasher and haven’t warped. I would easily buy these again.
