Really convenient.
Keeps insuling cool for around 8-9 hours. Build quality is really good and size is perfect for carrying one pen and few extra needles. Won't fit anything more.

Don’t buy it.
Worst product i have spent 800 on this item which is worthless. The gel pads inside melted in 30 mins and my insulin injections got spoiled completely. Please don’t buy it.
