This is kind of new for me as I don't normally write negative reviews, but these pencils are kind of a let down.They went on pretty much like you would expect for the price, a little rough but layer a few times and they're not bad. But they do not work well as watercolor pencils. As you can see from the pictures that I attached they don't blend well at all when you add water. What little blending I did get was only after I had gone over it quite a bit with the brush which made it look quite messy, where as my Sargent pencils started to blend after just one stroke. (I use Sargent to compare because their pencils are roughly the same price)Over all, not terrible as pencils, but terrible as watercolor pencils. Even so you could probably get better regular pencils for the price. Skip it.Update: They did send me an e-mail offering to help, I sent them an e-mail explaining the problems I'm having. So far they seem to have good customer service, I'll make another update on what the solution we come up with is.Update: They did offer to give me a full refund, I am super happy with their customer service!

I love the way these watercolor pencils are precise but allow for creativity-spreading well when water is added. Draw beautifully on dry canvas

Great price, love the colors

They work well and a largw variety of shades. A tad bit hard to dilute. But good as just a color pencil set.

So far, so good. I am using them for what I need and they are serving their purpose.

Good for how cheap they are, gotta work the paint a lot to get rid of lines & drawig marks. Some colors are nearly invisible & others are very pigmented. Over all couldn’t get most the colors to fully mix right so lots of pencil marks left over. Good for hair & other smaller but detailed sections. Don’t use for large areas.
